Taz on your weather app could you lower the temperature by 2 degrees please -I cant think of any thing to improve on, it was a amazing day.A model did say that she would like a little more time in between shoots for changing and getting makeup done on time |

What a day! Fabulous day in Donadea and everything went so smooth and without any visible issues, at least to this photographer. All the models I had booked arrived and I had 7 shoots, all wonderful. Brilliant location and now 950 images to review. |

His was my first time attending, and overall, I really enjoyed the event it was well organised and ran smoothly. I had booked four shoots, but only three ended up happening as one of the models had to leave due to the rain. They did let me know, so I completely understand and dont hold that against them. I do wish I had booked more sessions in advance, as once I walked around to see if I could fill the gap, I found that there were mostly photographers waiting and very few models available for ad-hoc shoots. Despite that, it was a great experience and a fantastic concept. Looking forward to the next one Ill definitely plan ahead better next time |

As others have already said.... Models cancelling bookings late or pulling out of the entire event without any communication feels very disrespectful. There may be genuine reasons for cancelling but I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a short message or apology. In contrast, a very small number of models who cancelled did contact me and we have already arranged to shoot together soon, but the majority said nothing. |

Despite the weather all in attendance were in good spirits and everyone seemed to get something from the day out at the beach. |
|

NO SHOWS !! Last Minute Refusal of Shoots in the days Hours leading up to the event, and as can be seen most had no intention of turning up on the day. |

The NO Shows and Last Minute cancellation of bookings is a little frustrating to say the least. Perhaps a little monetary deposit or a small fee for taking part might force people to think twice before making themselves available for events. |

When I returned for the latest event, I was genuinely happy to see how much the Megashoot community has grown. It's nice to see more models and photographers getting involved. A Glorious Day at the MegaShoot Forest Shoot 2024The MegaShoot event this year was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Taz and his phenomenal team! Once again, they pulled off an incredible gathering that brought together a vibrant mix of talented photographers and stunning models, both familiar faces and fresh talent.The location was perfect a picturesque setting that provided endless opportunities for creativity. The weather couldn't have been better it was as if the sun itself was cheering us on, casting the ideal lighting for our shots. The scenery? Absolutely breathtaking! Every corner of the venue offered a unique backdrop, making it an ideal playground for our photographic adventures.It was exhilarating to see so many new faces on both sides of the lens. The energy was infectious as photographers and models mingled, collaborated, and created magic together. The camaraderie and mutual support were heartwarming, and it was clear that everyone was having a fantastic time.Taz and his team deserve a standing ovation for their impeccable organization and attention to detail. The team behind the MegaShoot went all out again to plan the event.Fantastic website, and booking system, usefull emails.Wonderull system that sends emails about upcoming shoots with information about the modelsphotographers.Great location for everyone to shoot and provide changing opportunities, as well as snacks. 1010 |

Meeting photographers and just having a laugh while waiting for the next time slot. I had 5 empty slots on the day but didnt get bored because there were plenty of interesting people to talk to.Clear and precice communication arround anything and all related to the event. |

The only negative thing for these events are the no shows. Life happens and things change, we all understand that some cancellation can occur. However the no show rate for the last event was bad. I alone had 3 No Shows in a row. 3 Models that did not even bother to cancel beforehand, or send me a single message to let me know. This behaviour would destroy a professional reputation. |

Overall it was an absolutely fantastic day out. I had a blast, the vibes were great, all my photographers were phenomenal and I'm so glad i came out. It was lovely getting to meet new people, and i cannot praise the organisers enough for all the work they put into these events. |

All my photographers were super-lovely, and we all had a great time. I loved that the organisers set up the site to e-mail all users about timing and which person they were shooting with next. The organisers were so lovely and it's so generous of them to provide refreshments and snacks for attendees. |

One thing I want to point out was that there were several male photographers who did not follow protocol snapping photos or filming me and other models without our consent while we were shooting with our allotted photographers. Neither I nor the photographer should have to stop what we're doing to tell an industry peer to behave like a professional. |

| Suggestions of what or how to improve |
I understand that this may not be possible, but if there could be some sort of monitoring or signaling system to flag these types of photographers or models who take footage of others without consent. It should be marked on their profiles that they've displayed this kind of unprofessional behavior, as it is a violation, and I'd like to be able to avoid or even black-list them if it's persistent behaviour. Another item I'd suggest is a station for models and photographers who've had cancellations where they can try to match up with someone in their allotted free time. I wasn't impacted by No-Shows, but I'd imagine it would be a great relief to those who've been let down to still get to produce work on the day. |
