Positive Experience
Great location, fantastic set up and very well run. The sandwiches' were also very tasty

I found everyone to be very friendly. And thanks Taz for fitting us in. It was my mam who told me about you and I wanted to get involved and so happy I did.

There is so many photographers and models on tik tok now too, anyone not on it yet, I would definitely sign up. It's after becoming very popular for everything and mostly where I post, which is why not many posts on my insta or Facebook.

Another great Megashoot somewhat spoiled by the weather. Very well organised, but of course we had no control over the weather. A few models decided to call it a day when the weather got poor but well done to those who carried on.

Well done to those who turned up and worked under very poor conditions.

Due to late cancellations, many photographers left without models to shoot

Maybe a fee for all participants might encourage people to attend on the day

Megashoot Madness What a Day!What a fantastic day at the Megashoot! New faces, familiar legendsboth behind and in front of the camera, brought serious creative energy. The location was awesome, the vibes were immaculate, and the rain actually behaved were still not over that miracle.Huge shoutout to Taz and his powerhouse team for pulling it all together like pros. Big thanks to DoransPhoto for keeping us fueled and happy with all the fruits and snacks. youre the real MVP.Everyone brought their A-game, their wild ideas, and their best angles. Cant wait for the next onesame time, same vibes, and hopefully the same well-behaved weather!

Suggestions of what or how to improve
For those epic treks from the car park to the location a.k.a. the unexpected cardio session, maybe throw in some cheeky direction signs like This way to the megashoot 5 min walk, promise no uphill battlesThat way, people wont end up starring in their own lost-in-the-woods documentary.

Another fantastic shoot, exceptionally well organised. I even brought my little daughter along to this one as I knew from previous Megashoots it was such a nice friendly atmosphere.

Positive Experience
As always great booking system, great organisation, the whole thing was a positive experience.

Negative Experience
Nothing at all negative to say, cant imagine how anyone could fault it.

Suggestions of what or how to improve
Just keep doing what you're doing. These Megashoots set the bar so high as far as group shoots in Ireland. I've been a lot of these now and Megashoots are just so consistently well organized, enjoyable with great turnouts and positive atmosphere all around.

Another very well organised group shoot in a great location. These events don't happen by themselves so huge gratitude to the Megashoot team for the effort they put in to make it work.

Positive Experience
I forgot to buy batteries for my trigger and low and belold batteries were available. Thanks Martin for saving my blushes!

Negative Experience
As others have already said.... Models cancelling bookings late or pulling out of the entire event without any communication feels very disrespectful. There may be genuine reasons for cancelling but I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a short message or apology. In contrast, a very small number of models who cancelled did contact me and we have already arranged to shoot together soon, but the majority said nothing.

The event was so well run there is nothing I would want change.

I really enjoyed the shoot. I thought the organisation was excellent. There was a great vibe there. There was. a great sense of community also. Some of my models didn't turn up and some of the other photographers and models were happy to leave me in to shoot for a few minutes with them. Thank you to those kind generous souls.

Positive Experience
I genuinely appreciated the assistance, the generosity of everyone, even having a little bit of food was great there. I thought the setting was good also. Id be happy to help out too if need be going forward. The models and the photographers were grate too work with and everyone was very approachable, the conditions were difficult at times and large stand s and flashes were being challenged by the elements, help was always on hand Thank you.

Negative Experience
Id like to apologise sincerely to one model for getting the times mixed up,I was booked with Andreea Cazacu at 5 and turned up at 6 . My apologies Andreea.

Suggestions of what or how to improve
No a lot can be improved maybe have a few plaster, basic first aid some has a minor accident perhaps. I don't think this possible but I shot a few models not booked on my schedule and I am finding it difficult to track them too give them some images. Could there a work around , I d love to be able to end them a set of images from yesterday ...Thanks again AP 59

Even with the poor weather, it was a great event and everyone that came down was still enthusiastic about the shoot. We all made it work and we even got a bit of sunshine mid afternoon. Lovely people to meet.

It was my first Megashoot and was overall a great experience. A great community has been set up and it was a pleasure to participate.

Positive Experience
So many, the location choice, the execution, the time an effort by the organisers, the weloming atmosphere.

Suggestions of what or how to improve
The website was a little tempermental for me I raise my hands it could in part be me. But I would get notification emails from the system and when I went on the site I couldn't see someones message or the change that the email stated. It also will not allow me to make changes to my profile, when I save it reverts to what it was previously. It is only a small thing because over all the experience was amazing.

His was my first time attending, and overall, I really enjoyed the event it was well organised and ran smoothly. I had booked four shoots, but only three ended up happening as one of the models had to leave due to the rain. They did let me know, so I completely understand and dont hold that against them. I do wish I had booked more sessions in advance, as once I walked around to see if I could fill the gap, I found that there were mostly photographers waiting and very few models available for ad-hoc shoots. Despite that, it was a great experience and a fantastic concept. Looking forward to the next one Ill definitely plan ahead better next time

One of my booked shoots didnt happen due to the model leaving after the rain.

It would be great to have more available models for last-minute or replacement shoots in case of cancellations.

I always have and had an amazing experience with MegaShoot Also I made so good friends now from MegaShoot shoot community. It is so professionally ran it is incredible. I cannot imagine how much hard work the guys put in behind the scenes. They are that busy helping us on the day they don't even really get to shoot them self's. The MegaShoot team is professional, friendly It's just an incredible day. Also amazing opportunity to practice your skill set and watch others tackle the same obstacles you have. I cannot recommend Mega Shoot enough and thank the guys. This year I introduced 4 new models to MegaShoot and they all had an amazing time and thanked me for bringing them. The guys that run mega shoot, they should be professional event organizers. Thanks you very much guyO

Great planning by the team as usual. They were at the location early in the morning just to prepare everything and keep us updated on the situation.Lovely location, amazing team, great fun.

Positive Experience
This event had challenging weather at the start but the community came through and we had a great time.

Negative Experience
A few no shows as usual but most of the models communicated beforehand, and the weather played a huge factor.

Suggestions of what or how to improve
Meeting points at key locations bus stops, train stations could be used to arrange car pools together. A few models had trouble to arrive at the location because they walked all they way.At the moment we have a section for models to say what styles they are interested in. Maybe we cal do a similar section for photographers. Photographers can indicate on their portfolio how they handle the after shoot part. Rough timeline for editing time. Do models get unedited pictures, or only a selected list of edited pictures.

This was a really fantastic day despite of weather and no show from many models. As usual, very well organised and I can see the efforts put in by organising this starting from getting the website ready to organising registration and badges, to snacks and water after a tiring shoot. There is so much work that happens behind the scenes that people don't see. So thank you for all of it. I always look forward to this event every year

I know this is already being addressed but no show of models or last min cancellations. They will book you from the start and then last few days suddenly cancel without any notice or explaination, forget about apology. It makes life difficult to find someone else. My suggestion is when booking opens, anyone can book anyone if they are showing free. Models or photographers are then not allowed to cancel. Only if there is a genuine reason, they can request organisers to cancel it with adequate reasons and notice to other party.

The event was amazing! It is great that you have this event where photographers and models can network and work together. Apart from the shoots, the overall vibe is always epic and I get to learn and be inspired by other talented individuals.

This was my 3rd megashoot now, and with each shoot, it has just been going a step up. The scan to login etc was brilliant and made the whole management easier.

The team behind the MegaShoot went all out again to plan the event.Fantastic website, and booking system, usefull emails.Wonderull system that sends emails about upcoming shoots with information about the modelsphotographers.Great location for everyone to shoot and provide changing opportunities, as well as snacks. 1010

Positive Experience
Meeting photographers and just having a laugh while waiting for the next time slot. I had 5 empty slots on the day but didnt get bored because there were plenty of interesting people to talk to.Clear and precice communication arround anything and all related to the event.

Negative Experience
The only negative thing for these events are the no shows. Life happens and things change, we all understand that some cancellation can occur. However the no show rate for the last event was bad. I alone had 3 No Shows in a row. 3 Models that did not even bother to cancel beforehand, or send me a single message to let me know. This behaviour would destroy a professional reputation.

Exclude people who do not show up models and photographers and enforce a participation deposit that is voided if someone does not show up.

A Glorious Day at the MegaShoot Forest Shoot 2024The MegaShoot event this year was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Taz and his phenomenal team! Once again, they pulled off an incredible gathering that brought together a vibrant mix of talented photographers and stunning models, both familiar faces and fresh talent.The location was perfect a picturesque setting that provided endless opportunities for creativity. The weather couldn't have been better it was as if the sun itself was cheering us on, casting the ideal lighting for our shots. The scenery? Absolutely breathtaking! Every corner of the venue offered a unique backdrop, making it an ideal playground for our photographic adventures.It was exhilarating to see so many new faces on both sides of the lens. The energy was infectious as photographers and models mingled, collaborated, and created magic together. The camaraderie and mutual support were heartwarming, and it was clear that everyone was having a fantastic time.Taz and his team deserve a standing ovation for their impeccable organization and attention to detail. They ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on what we love doing best capturing and creating beautiful moments.Here's to another successful MegaShoot event and to many more in the future! Another very well organised group shoot in a great location. These events don't happen by themselves so huge gratitude to the Megashoot team for the effort they put in to make it work.

I forgot to buy batteries for my trigger and low and belold batteries were available. Thanks Martin for saving my blushes!

A very nice day I must say ,well organized and planned. A really good opportunity to get a few great models and produce some good material , just want to say a big tank you to the organizer , thumbs up !

Location and time keeping

Hard to say anything negative expect that some models don't show up without messaging which is not really nice considering the effort the organizer put in to set up everything.

Photographers should have a potfolio available on their profile for models to choose who they want to work with

Even with the poor weather, it was a great event and everyone that came down was still enthusiastic about the shoot. We all made it work and we even got a bit of sunshine mid afternoon. Lovely people to meet.

Models were friendly and easy to work with. Photographers were friendly and up for a chat.

Weather unfortunately but nothing could be done.

Such a beautiful location and the weather didnt disappoint wasnt as cold as I was expecting, the event was organized well and there was little to no confusion and if you couldnt find a photographer taz was very helpful

Location and parking was ideal and everything ran so smoothly for me.every one so welcoming and the models some first timer were top class

It was my first Megashoot and was overall a great experience. A great community has been set up and it was a pleasure to participate.

So many, the location choice, the execution, the time an effort by the organisers, the weloming atmosphere.

Another amazing well organised event

Had the best day creating amazing shots and having fun being creative. The event was so well organised with changing tents on site which was a huge bonus for outfit changes

The event was well organised and ran smoothly throughout the day.

One of my booked shoots didnt happen due to the model leaving after the rain.

It would be great to have more available models for last-minute or replacement shoots in case of cancellations.

I've not seen the event better ran that this year on year or I can't even imagine what they could do better

Great planning by the team as usual. They were at the location early in the morning just to prepare everything and keep us updated on the situation.Lovely location, amazing team, great fun.

This event had challenging weather at the start but the community came through and we had a great time.

A few no shows as usual but most of the models communicated beforehand, and the weather played a huge factor.

Overall, a great day, blessed with the dry weather but it was cold. Very well organised, great to meet such wonderful models and fellow photographers. A great feeling of collegiality and sharing ideas and equipment. A huge thank you to Taz and his team

An understandable level of confusion at the start but quickly disappeared.

I would like that models photographers get 3-5 days to confirm or refuse a booking. One model had me waiting over 4 weeks for a reply messed up my day

The event was amazing! It is great that you have this event where photographers and models can network and work together. Apart from the shoots, the overall vibe is always epic and I get to learn and be inspired by other talented individuals.

This was my 3rd megashoot now, and with each shoot, it has just been going a step up. The scan to login etc was brilliant and made the whole management easier.

Damn I'm late to this...So the weather sucked at the start, but the mod3ls I 2o4ked with, Rachel, Amy, Maggie, and Joanna, we're all absolutely brilliant, and didn't let a bit of rain bother them.

It wasvan incredibly fun way to spend a day at the beach.

An amazing event. It was such an amazing experience getting to witness the level of creativity of the models and photographers alone. And getting to work with some of them was an absolute pleasure.
